There is a little paint loss:  the central bird on the blue ball has lost a little paint on the wing (which one could I think pretty easily touch up if desired)

I am pretty certain it is copper

definitely with a good amount of age

Eager Doggy Old Toy Mold stoneware v ase Marked PastoraaliOne last one of these, which I just think are so great looking and fun. I'm not sure what sort of little dog this one's meant to be, but it looks like a yappy one, and also eager to please! (I take the 10 written on the flip side as a score of a perfect 10 for good behavior!) It also looks a bit whale like when turned on its side. 4 1 4" t x 2 1 4" w and in good condition, with a bit of loss to the wood on its tail.
