BREA PINOT, 2018 non alcoholic Indigenous yeast fermentation in StainlessPinot Noir from Sumida Sisters + La Estancia Vineyards in Santa Lucia Highlands Picked by the phases of the moon. 100% destemmed into 5 ton open top fermenters. Fermented only using native yeasts and gently pumped over each morning and evening throughout fermentation. Aged in neutral French oak for 10 months.
