A very subtle hint of wood frames the restrained

Note that this is evolving glacially and I have extended my suggested drinking window by several years

Clos Marquis Vintage:2022 Medium to full-bodiedDeep crimson. Marked leafy aroma, otherwise quite muted and rather closed. Fresh, velvety and cool on the finish. Surprisingly leafy and a bit flat overall. Not as ripe as I would have expected. (JH)
