then aged 12 months in used Slovenian oak
2001 Emidio Pepe Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Italy Smallfry Vine Age: Planted from 1950-1980De rasping of Montepulciano is done by end. Vinified with ambient, natural yeast in cement. Ages for two years in cement before bottling. Aged for 19 years in the cellar before release.
