2021 Bencze Riesling, Balatonmelleki, Hungary Luxardo Destemmed then fermented and agedIstvn on this wine: A blend of Rieslings picked only in our special plot called Templomdombi, using grapes from our young plantation and the vessels that werent used for the Aries wine. The cuve has to represent our terroir, our philosophy perfectly, while being easygoing at the same time. Vineyard: Templomdombi. Dense basalt with some tuff, sandstone, brown forest soil and clay.
