2022 Les Athletes du Vin Touraine Pineau d'Aunis Loire, France Desire Petit the palate is robust and100% Pineau dAunis. 50 120 year old vines on clay and limestone soils. Harvested by hand. Maceration for 2 weeks, aging in stainless steel tanks. Ageing in concrete tanks on fine lees for 6 months. White pepper notes , and a delicate spicy flavors ,fresh and crispy with red fruits and raspberry fragrance
