Once opened, our 1 liter can sit happily on your shelf for at least a week. Its a lighter blend of Sangiovese (70%), Colorino (20%) and Malavasia Nera (10%) grapes, hand picked during mid harvest. The grapes perform alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After 9 days of maceration on its skins, the wine continues ageing in stainless steel before its
