Morley & Ashworth had taken over the designs of Mason's Ironstone, after the pottery had fallen into bankruptcy. The vase having a gilded top with twin handles modeled as dolphins sea serpents, the blue ground decorated with scrolling gilded foliate. To the center of the vase is a winged angel holding two of the foliate
