Viticulture: Organic (Ecocert, 2022), biodynamic methods (since 2021). Vinification: Ambient yeast primary fermentation and full malolactic conversion, aged for 15 months in 600 L barrels, bottled and aged further on lattes under natural cork, no fining, no filtration, no added SO2.
