Crinum Brighter Star Manchuria region China making a 2' tall xCrinum 'Brighter Star' is a stunning Dave Lehmiller hybrid of Crinum paludosum x Crinum erubescens that starts flowering for us in early July and continues into September with 3' tall scapes, topped with up to 10 huge 7 8" wide pure white fragrant flowers, each highlighted by the central red stamens (the male parts). The very upright clumps are composed of 5' long, light green, deeply channeled, glossy leaves a splendid plant in every way.
