Angelo Rivano Carignano del Sulcis Intrigu 2023 NO UPC fermented with indigenous yeasts andAngelo Rivano farms a single hectare of Carignano on the island of Sant'Antioco, just off Sardinia's southwest coast, near the village of Calasetta. The vines were planted in 1982 on their own roots in sandy soils so high in silica that phylloxera never took hold. Intrigu is the only wine he makes. Six months in stainless steel and three in bottle, nothing in between, designed to show the variety transparently and let the Mediterranean island show
