Franz Strohmeier Schilcher Frizzante Rose NV modified_title_tag Toki means "time" in JapaneseSchilcher is a style of dark rose made from the native Blauer Wildbacher. Always very racy, full of sharp minerality and acidity with a touch of sweetness. This is one of the rarer examples of it made into a sparkling wine, using the traditional method that is the same as Champagne production. Farming is organic, put into bottle unfiltered for a secondary ferment, a small sulfur dose in tank and none at time of disgorgement. Traditionaly paired with
