2022 David Trousselle Coteaux Bourguignons Rouge, Burgundy, France Catherine et Pierre Breton concentrated grapesFrom vines planted in1970 in Oches. The vineyard is inconversion to HVE, works soil in every other row, hand harvested. In the cellar, the fruit is all destemmed, 15 day fermentation maceration with very gentle extraction. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels. Great value, especially for those who love Passetoutgrains!
