From the winery "our natural wines are unfiltered, unsulfured and without any additives. Our vines, which are up to 35 years old, lend the Pure range an especially strong character. All red and white wines are given skin contact and ferment exclusively with wild yeasts. The red wines are then matured in large and small wooden casks, while portions of the white wines are raised in amphora"
