2022 Clos Du Tue-Boeuf, VDF Buisson Pouilleux (Sauvignon Blanc), Loire, France Richoux Crafted from 100% blue Weber100% Sauvignon Blanc. Buisson Pouilleux is a 1. 1 hectare vineyard of two parcels of Sauvignon, one planted in 1950 and the other in 1964; currently, half of the original old vines remain while the other half has gradually been replanted over the last 20 25 years. The clay based soils are gravelly and rich in limestone and flint. The Puzelats farm all of their vines organically and harvest them by hand. Typical of Tue Boeuf whites, the fruit is whole
