Clotilde Davenne is a celebrated independent Chablis winemaker (since 1989, formerly Brocard's chief oenologist), farming naturally and vinifying in steel for purity. Her Aligot Burgundy's zesty "other" white grape comes from Saint Bris in the Yonne: bright, saline and mouthwatering, the classic base for a kir and a joy on its own. A grower
