Egly-Ouriet Blanc de Noirs 'Les Crayers' Vieilles Vignes,Grand Cru, Extra Brut Champagne, France (base 2017) Dujac zero sulfur added100% Pinot Noir, sourced exclusively from the legendary single vineyard Les Crayres in Ambonnay Grand Cru, which was planted in 1946. The blend consists of 60% from the 2015 vintage and 40% from 2014. Fermented with indigenous yeast and undergoing no malolactic fermentation, it is both fermented and aged in barrel, with 10% new oak. The wine spent 72 months aging on the lees, with a minimal dosage of 1g L, and is bottled unfined and unfiltered to
