Young Inglewood VENN Non Ouille Chardonnay Linda Vista Vineyard 2014 SPS21 From Martinique’s oldest sugarcane plantationInspired by wine from the Jura this wine has integrated and subtle oxidation coming from aging the wine over an extremely long period of time inder cap without topping off. Native fermentation, direct press, fermented in barrel, and crucially: 41 months aging in neutral barrel with no topping. Minimal SO2 during elevage, a small amount added at bottling. No fining or filtration.
