Originally created by Viggo Boesen in 1936, the design won a competition that same year. The stool is handmade in sustainable Indonesian rattan by skilled craftsmen with solid cane bars forming the sides and feet. Both sides of the stool curve downwards, with one side sloping down to form two legs. The
