In the vineyard we will find granite soils at altitudes ranging from 170 to 230 meters. Here, the 60 year old vines have the perfect conditions as well as varying orientations depending on the plot. Each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. Selected grapes, 100% whole cluster, and
