2024 Benoit Ente Bourgogne Aligote 'Antichtone', Burgundy, France Edna Rhyne 2016 Canlibero Iastemma Falanghinafrom Cte de Beaune parcels planted between 19492000 in PulignyMontrachet's East end. Whole cluster pressed, fermented and aged 18 months in Stockinger foudres. No fining, no filtration. At 12. 5% ABV, it's a tension filled, mineral charged white with green apple, citrus peel, dried herbs, and a layered, saline finish. Limited production.
