Its very elegant nose develops a fine palette of finely spiced peonies and violets. On the palate, the wine is floral and very elegant. It is complex, dense and long, relatively firm with very pure notes of fresh blackberry. The whole is ethereal, without the slightest hint of rusticity. Its great silkiness means it can be drunk now. Keeps for around twenty years.
