2011 Castello di Montegrosso Ruleja Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG, Italy Dolin Margaret River grown and farmedFrom 65 year old vine Barbera coming from 2 hectares at 380 meters in Montaldo Scarampi. Seeing an 18 day maceration on the skins. Fermented in fiberglass tanks. Aged in old barriques for one year. Then spending 2 years in Slavonian grande botti. Then bottled and held in bottle for years.
