Soil worked manually (4 5 passes annually); ratio of 1 vineyard worker per hectare; all hand harvested. Vinification: Each terroir vinified separately in foudres and conserved separately before blending Aging: 48+ months sur lattes, zero dosage. Disgorged May 2024
