They started picking the 11th of October and had to rush and do a severe selection of grapes

with fruity notes that evolve into an interesting bouquet of spices

almost with a tinge of pink

Like with his Langhe Nebbiolo, winemaker Giancarlo Rocca ages his white wine in terracotta (clay) amphorae for a few months, for more texture and flavorful depth. This is a medium bodied, silky wine, beautifully rendered.
