2022 Fabien Jouves Mas del Perie 'A Table' Rose Vin de France Sierra Carefully sorted whole clustersThis ros is made from Malbec, Merlot, and Tannat. Both direct pressing (destemmed and whole cluster grapes) and the saigne method is used. The wine undergoes a medium length skin maceration and is fermented spontaneously with native yeast. Wine ages on the lees for 6 months in concrete vats and barrels.
