The cru dorigine series is an exploration of terroirs outside of Nowacks home in Vandieres. Each year is a different village. From a single vineyard in Mancy in the Cote des Blancs on fractured chalk soil, a rarity for Nowack. The site is cold and surrounded by forest, allowing for a long and late ripening harvest.
