2021 Domaine Julien Cruchandeau, Ladoix Les Ranches, Burgundy, France Baja Forest RangeLocated at the northern end of the Ctes de Nuits, below the 1er Cru La Micaude, and planted in 1974. 30% whole cluster. Maceration at a low temperature for the first ten days. Fermented in vats, then aged for 12 months with fine lees in oak casks, 10% new.
