The vinification start with the maceration of skins in small steel tanks at controlled temperature for one month. The wine ages for 24 months in wooden tonneaux and minimum 6 months in bottle. Tasting Notes: Red ruby color. The aroma is intense, supple with hints of caramel and cherry. Full bodied wine, fresh, balanced and persistent.
