Germany 1.5L Magnum Domaine Collotte referencing its unique geographic locationA Pinot Noir grown on limestone clay soil in Kirchhofen and Pfaffenweiler. Grown on steep slopes with a west orientation and worked mainly manual, the vines are French and German clones w some selection massale. Fermentation with 40% whole clusters, in the beginning as a carbonic maceration and afterwards in a classic open vat fermentation with some punch downs.
