2019 Chateau Grand Village Blanc, Bordeaux, France 1.5L Magnum Semicolon spontaneous fermentation in stainless steelSauvignon Blanc with a touch of Smillon from clay limestone soils in Fronsac, farmed by the Guinaudeau family (of Chteau Lafleur). Whole cluster pressed, native yeast ferment, aged in used barrels with regular lees stirring. The 2019 in magnum shows added tension and liftcitrus zest, wet stone, and quiet depth. A cerebral white Bordeaux with pedigree and aging potential.
