2023 Dard et Ribo Hermitage Rhone, France Helicon Nc’nean’s organic single malt isA pure expression of Syrah from their hillside parcels in Hermitage, this 2023 vintage was crafted with minimal intervention: 100% Syrah, organically farmed and hand harvested, fermented with native yeasts in open top vats, raised approximately 12 months in used barrels (10% new).
