The Michel family farms organically across nearly 20 hectares of loess and chalky clay, and this pink is their playful nod to the German pop song of the same name. Made from a Rheinhessen jumble of Mller Thurgau, St. Laurent and a splash of Gelber Muskateller, it's fermented with a short whole cluster maceration
