This rose comes from the Bartolomei family's Carignan vines in Mendocino, some planted between the 1930s and 1940s on land the family has farmed since the 1800s. Old vines and a cold site make for a rose with real focus and tension rather than soft fruitiness. Crisp and bright, with grapefruit, white
