In Meursault, they are "Les Lameroses", "Les Pacriots", "Les Belles Ctes", "Les Herbeaux" and "Au Jardin." In Chassagn Montrachet, it is "Les Grandes Corves." Soil: Clay limestone Exposure: East Southeast Vinification: Manual harvest, no added yeasts or enzymes, very rarely any btonnage, no racking, cold and very slow
