Spontaneous fermentation happens in lagars without temperature control, with elevage in old pipas (Chilean barrels) for 12 18 months. Henriquez farms organically, uses carbonic maceration, native yeasts, and bottles by hand without filtration. The wine drinks with juicy red berry
