Hancock Son & Co, London, circa 1850. A good antique country house silver chest, made from solid oak with iron strapping with a locking hasp, the corners & edges of the chest all fitted with iron brackets and substantial twin iron handles at each side. The interior of the chest with a brass plaque "C. F. Hancock, Son & Co Silversmiths &
