2023 Domaine Bailly-Reverdy Sancerre Rose, Loire, France Tokaj (Matteo’s father)100% Pinot Noir from kimmeridgian limestone soils in Chavignol, sustainably farmed. Direct press, native yeast ferment in stainless steel, aged briefly on fine lees. The 2023 is bright and linearred citrus, crushed stone, and saline lift.
