2022 Fumey Chatelain Arbois Chardonnay, Jura, France Vincent Latour (shelly limestone)A blend of different parcels at different elevation and soil composition across Arbois. Direct press and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in tank. Aged for 18 months in a combination of stainless still, barrel and foudre. The latest mise tardive 2020 release has seen an extra 12 months of ageing.
